The Vermont Community Loan Fund is currently hiring for four open positions: Director of Business Resources, Loan Officer, Junior Loan Officer and Loan Administrator.

The Director of Business Resources will be responsible for VCLF’s advisory and resource services, including the oversight and management of the Business Resource Center (BRC) and its staff. The Director of Business Resources leads the BRC in providing an evolving program of technical assistance to a diverse and growing portfolio of clients throughout the state of Vermont. The Loan Officer will work in all aspects of loan origination, credit analysis, credit approval, and loan servicing. This position will report to the Director of Business and Early Care & Learning Programs, with opportunities to report to the Director of Housing and Community Facilities Programs. The Junior Loan Officer will assist in all aspects of loan origination, credit analysis, and credit approval. The successful candidate will develop a working knowledge of loan servicing as well as support the Loan Administrators as needed. This position will report to the Director of Business and Early Care & Learning Programs with opportunities to work with the Director of Housing and Community Facilities Programs.
