Community Facilities Loans
We make loans to community nonprofits and facilities that provide essential services to Vermonters: rural health centers, youth and family organizations, recreation and elder care, arts groups, historical societies, and other cultural and preservation organizations.
Whenever possible, we partner with traditional lenders, philanthropic organizations, and other community resources to make the deal happen.
